Dr. Antara graduated from the prestigious Gauhati Medical College & Hospital, Guwahati in 2008, and completed her specialisation in Internal Medicine from Assam Medical College & Hospital, Dibrugarh in 2013. She then went on to acquire a Fellowship in Diabetology from Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, and is presently in the midst of pursuing an MRCP(UK) qualification. She also has experience working in the sub-specialties of Geriatrics and Nephrology.
She has worked in various institutions of repute, including Gauhati Medical College & Hospital, Guwahati; Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi & Kolkata; Hayat Superspecialty Hospital, Guwahati; and Agile Hospital, Guwahati.

She is presently attached to Green City Hospital, Greater Noida, in the capacity of Consultant Physician.
